We are always looking for new volunteers here at Radio Italia Uno! Our weekly programs are run by dedicated volunteers, some with decades of experience in community radio and with a great passion for Italian culture and music.

Whether you have previous experience or simply would like to start with us, there are many ways you can get involved here at Radio Italia Uno.

We currently host over 30 live shows a week as well as pre-recorded programs and outside broadcasting for special events. We are also on the lookout for new ideas so if you're interested in hosting your own show please get in touch with our team!

If you are do not speak Italian fluently please don't be discouraged, we also host shows in English, mainly run by presenters of Italian decent.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:

There is more to radio than hosting a show and a lot going on every day in the background!

If you are looking to start a new exciting experience and join the fun for a few hours a week, please get in touch. Don't worry about previous experience, what we are looking for is is a positive attitude!

Presenters:

We currently have a program once a month on famous Italian songwriters, we would like to be able to offer this program on a weekly basis, so we are looking for volunteers to host one of four monthly programs.

Music curators:

We are currently looking for volunteers who love discovering new songs and artists who would like to help curate the music on our shows. If you enjoy:

- Current music

- 90s + 00s

- Emerging artists

- Singer-songwriters

- Folk

Ads and sweepers - production:

Maybe you don't have a talent for writing songs but have you ever thought of writing or making ads and sweepers?

We are currently looking for people interested in copywriting, voiceovers and more!

Content producers:

Maybe you don't feel comfortable behind the mic but you'd like to collaborate on one of our shows to find content, news, music or help create competitions and oversee the content of our shows.
